Question about a pair of Loveless knives I had

Back in the early 90's I got a pair of matching drop point hunters from Mr. Loveless. They were classic Loveless designs; green micarta handles, red liners, nice leather sheaths. They were serial numbers 123 and 124. I had them for only a few weeks before I had to sell them, and I wonder what has become of them. I paid $1750 for the pair, sold them for $3500, and thought I had done pretty well lol. Has anyone ever come across either of them?

in the loveless video, they explain that the shop numbers (123 &124) were not used in order, and were used repeatedly. there will be many of those knives out there with the same numbers on them. drop points usually sell between 3 and 4 thousand each.

That's interesting, thank you John. I did find it hard to believe that he hadn't used #123 or #124 by the 90's. Regarding their value, I had assumed it would be higher so I'm kicking myself less hard now. Cheers.
