Question about acid etching

So I’ve got an Esee Laser Strike coming in tomorrow morning which I plan on convexing, etching, stripping, and patina/bluing. I’ve not been able to find ferric chloride in my area. Could I simmer down some vinegar to a more concentrated solution and use that? Would an overnight coffee etching do the trick? I guess I could electro etch but I’ve heard that acid gives a cleaner more even result.

Search ferric chloride copper etchant on Amazon. The one with 415 in the name is good. You probably don't need a 4L bottle since most etching procedures involve diluting it 3 or 4:1.
