Question about add Double thumb lug

Since i know,a piece of metal will be got ride of from the locking bar.And after that the locking bar will be sand blasted again. So i think a different colour will appear.I want to make a Double thumb lug for a new sm cgg Sebenza,but i don't like the different colour.What should i do?Can I ask CRK don't cut the metal off?Also need some pic about that.Thanks!
 
You could send it off to CRK to get double thumb studs. That might be easier.
 
Of course it will be done at CRK,i just worry about the handle colour's difference.
 
I am confused. What about the handle color? Are you saying that you do not like the blue thumb studs? Would you prefer silver colored? I am sure CRK can do silver for you if that is the issue. I am trying to understand.
 
He's saying when the relieve the lock bar for a double thumbstud, they'll reblast it and it won't match.

I wouldn't worry about it.
