Honestly, I would contact a lawyer or do a lot of research.

I have a concealed carry license, but where I live the laws change within a 1 hour drive from home (Chicago). I contacted a lawyer to make sure I was "legal" and now know what I can and cannot take with me.

The laws suck, but there is nothing I can do about that. I just write within the lines and push my legal boundaries as far as I can
