Question about blade replacement for you guys?

I picked up a used 585 Mini Barrage on the forum here and the guy had made a choil in the blade. Im not to fond of it and was wondering if since it was done on purpose would they still be ok to replace it? Also do these all come assissted because this one is not which I actually like truthfully. Thanks in advance
 
I think it was $30 for coated blades but this quote was before map pricing changed.
 
I'd say maybe. Never had a blade replaced yet but everything else they are great about even stuff that voided warranty. I'd also see if somebody might want to swap blades with you. Somebody might want the choil on there.
 
According to the Benchmade website, $30 for a satin blade, $40 for a coated blade. They won't change steel but will change blade type if desired.

Call them to confirm pricing and turnaround time.
 
I got a email from them last week @TravisH is right on the pricing...I plan on getting the blade on my 710 at the beginning of the year!
