Do I need to use Teflon or something on the screws when I install my aftermarket clip? Specifically for my paramilitary 2, since it seems like directly putting it in g10 is a bit sketchy.

What do you think Teflon will do for you? Threading/tapping g10 well not keep the clip from eventually loosening and stripping the threads out, you need threaded inserts installed from the reverse side of the scale/handle in order to have something secure to attach the clip to.

Teflon tape, you mean? No, you're better served using purple (222) Loctite in the screw holes. If you're using an aftermarket clip, I recommend still using the factory clip holes.
