Question about Customer Service

I have sent two emails to the folks at Busse pertaining to my FBM order status, now I am sure they are busy just wondered if anyone else has had this issue. They usually respond super quick. Just wanting to make sure there isn't an issue.

Second that!

If you sent an email that will be better answered by the mailman on Monday they may not respond. Otherwise they usually get to you. If not, give them a call and they'll get you straght right away. Customer sevice around those parts is exceptional more often than not.

It is also possible that your e-mail ISP could be getting caught in the spam filters.

I emailed Busse sales last on the 14th of Dec and had a response within 12 hours.

So perhaps it might be worth dropping them another email.

Apparently as of the 14th Dec they were shipping orders placed in September.

On the busse side of the house, I bet they could save themselves a lot of email and phone calls if they published a little more info at shipponjg time
E.g. "we are shipping orders placed in the 2nd week of Spetember this week and will start Octobers first orders on blah blah blah".
Or "we are shipping the following invoices on whatever date this week" or "we shipped the following invoices today". You get the idea.
Some thing of that nature.
They don't have to publish who the orders are for, or what they are, just when they are going and either which orders they were or when the orders were placed.

Ideally updated daily, but if not updated say once a week...

Personally I think invoice numbrs would be less trouble over all and provide the best info, whil,e preserving anomnity and privacy for customers.

My order was placed on August 24th, and I have not heard a word since my confirmation email the same day.

I got an email today, they are always helpful and quick, and that's why I was making sure nothing was wrong I love Busse, especially if their next blade was an INFINI Khukri!
