Question about discontinued(?) Ontario fixed blades

I have two Ontario knives I've had for years that I have a couple questions about. Both are stamped "Ontario USA". One is stamped on the other side "Spec Plus Army SP3-95" and the other is "Mark 1 Navy-95" with a stacked leather handle and leather sheath.. Can anyone tell me when were these discontinued, and what steel was used for the blades. The SP3 I assume is 1095, but I can't find any information about the Mark 1 with the stacked leather handle. Thanks for you help.

Don't know when it was discontinued but the steel is 440A.

Thanks. I sort of suspected that for the MK1, but not for the SP3.
