question about Eagle Industries warranty.....

I have an eagle industries becker patrol pack, and was just curious to find out what there warranty covers?. The D rings have started to acquire some rust, although its not a big deal, it does bug me. Also on the shoulder straps, the material is wearing off. While again, it doesnt hurt the function of the pack, it does hurt the looks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. One more question. If for some reason, you set your pack down on the ground, many times, over and over, it will eventually produce a hole, as the material gets thinner, and rubbed along the ground. Does anyone know, if that was to happen, if that would be covered under warranty?, or not?, thanks in advance..
