Question about Emerson G-10

Just acquired 2nd hand this CQC-7 BTS with wave and was curious about the G-10 on it. Its a 2009 and i was wondering if there where runs from factory with a grittier g-10 grip or if this was a custom job....

The Coarse G10 came from the factory. EKI sometimes uses fine zig-zag pattern G10 like on your 16 and mini7, but also uses the coarse honeycomb like G10 from time to time.
