question about ESEE 1095

If you want to try out a CPM steel for fairly cheap in a great knife, get a Spyderco Sage1. CPM s30v steel, carbon fiber scales, and it can be found for about $86 delivered if you look around.

They have cheaper ones than that now like the Cat. I wasn't really wanting to try a powdered steel. Was just curious if the 1095 here was powdered. Silly question I suppose.

i think the 1095 is ingot or smelted, yeah the spyderco cat would be a nice entry level powder metal folder.
