Question about Esee Junglas handle size

I am considering getting a Esee Junglas, but there are no stores in my area that carry them, and I don't know anybody that has one. How is the handle for someone with pretty much medium hands? For comparison, the handle of a Ka-bar, the US Marine fighting/utility one, is just about perfect in my hand. Would the Junglas handle be around the same size, or noticeably larger or smaller? I understand that the shape is totally different, just trying to figure out if it would be a good fit for my hands as far as comfort and control go. Thanks for any assistance anyone can give with this.

I would guess it would close to the same or a little larger. The specs on the Junglas handle is 5.88" but you have a guard at the front and back of the knife and your hand sits between them. So that 5.88" sounds bigger then what it really is when you consider where your hands fits on the handle.

I would guess you will be ok but it's hard to determine how a knife fits in the hand for someone ya never met. ;)

NOTE: I don't know what your budget is but the Knife connection offers shaped G10 handles for the Junglas. My ESEE 5 has them and they are much more comfortable then the stock micarta ones. ESEEs original micarta scales weren't shaped very well imo. It looks like the Junglas has original micarta type scales on it.
