Question about factory sheath

I picked up a sheath from Craig tonight. It's a dangler style. One line buck on snap.
Dangler is loop held on by a rivet. Would this be an appropriate sheath for this 120?

Looks good to me, and it is a 120 sheath.

To be strictly correct...NO. The swivel sheath (dangler as you call it) for the 120 starts about mid 70's. Your knife is about 63-67 vintage. Look for a holster sheath with no model number on the back. Possibly a keeper strap sheath in 1963 but 1964 starts the holster. But.... like afishhunter says... it is a 120 sheath. /Roger
