question about falling fuel prices

Have any sellers of any type of merchandise passed on the savings to the consumers? I seem to remember seeing "fuel surcharges" when the fuel prices were going up, so I am just curious.

I doubt it, I have't seen many companies reduce their profits when they get a break in their overhead cost.
