Question about grinding blades

Where on the net can I go to watch some vids on knifemakers grinding flat grinds and convex grinds. I looked on youtube. Not very many good vids on there. Some but I would like to see some that explains what they are doing better. Thanks.

Also Harvey Dean's DVD on Flat Grinding is very good, and is available at most knife supply websites.
