Question about heat treat and normalizing

I've acquired a burnout oven with pyrometer, so I've been reading more about heat treating. I can't seem to find a definitive answer pertaining particularly to stock removal...
Is it a good idea to normalize after grinding a stock removal blade? My impression is that it is a good idea, especially with hypereutectoid steels but I'd like some experienced advice.
Thanks.

Just do sub-critical anneal/stress relief at 1200 F for an hour.

I thermal cycle my blades to refine grain size even though I don't get my blades to hot while grinding.

Thanks guys, I figured it would probably be a good idea, even with stock removal blades.
