I recently bought a Becker BK-7, and even more recently received a Busse NO  . Mostly on the Becker and to a lesser extent on the Busse sheath, the knife rattles as the kydex insert isn't really form fitting, it's more of a sleeve. Any ideas on how to minimize this? Thanks.

It isn't hard to remove the kydex insert from the sheath. I used a butter knife to break away the small amount of glue that holds it in. I used a heat gun to soften the kydex, put the knife back into the insert and clapped it between a couple of boards that had been covered with foam (one of those blue sleeping mats cut up). Do a search in the shop talk forum on how to make Kydex sheaths. I shaped mine enough to cut down on the rattle but not enough to give it complete hold on the blade. I did both the BK7 &BK9. If you do not have a heat gun you can uses a hair dryer it just takes much longer. Hope this helps some.
