Hi, I don't understand very well. Sorry. The bay...
Yes, but the Phrobis Gen3 has a wider edge than Ontario one. I like the wider one.You can always get a black coated one and strip the paint off.
Actually, I have a Ontario M9 bayonet, and I found its edge is not as wide as Phrobis, so I give up the strip working.
If anyone know great knife custom place, please tell.
Thanks first, but I think I need the size of Phrobis Gen3's blade, because if the total width of the Ontario's blade is smaller than the Phrobis one, even though I make the edge wider, I think it will be odd.If you can sharpen, just go to a auto body shop and have them sandblast it. It's the fastest and probably isn't gonna cost much. It depends what kind of finish you want, just bare gray metal is easy, polish is gonna take time=money. If I were you, and you can sharpen, just do it yourself with some sandpaper you can order online for cheap and a bit elbow grease. Probably isn't gonna take longer, the tricky part with sandpaper is going to be the saw.
Hi, thanks, but I don't know what is the name of the company?a major shooting/reloading supply company, so huge it had a pivotal WWII naval battle between Japanese and American aircraft carriers named after the company, has/had like-new M9s from earlier makers cheaper than you will find most places. Got an unissued Phrobis there, my own self, to match my carried/never used one, and my very carried and very used M7...
Hi, if you want to a silver-blade and also a brand new one, please let me know where you get it.I was midway between choosing a blackened M9 and silver-bladed model but couldn't decide.
For me, I just like the shape and it is cool. Of course I know it is a bayonet, but just like it.Other than those in the military that might actually need to mount it on the end of a rifle, why would anyone want a M-9 as a utility knife?

This and references to the so-called "big river" site. I love how we manage to sneak around the rules and regulations.
Somehow I don't think the message was getting through to the good doctor.
