Question about Membership Upgrade Refund

Hello,


I recently purchased a Basic membership, and shortly after that I upgraded to a Gold membership.
I was wondering if it’s possible to receive a refund for the Basic membership fee, since I am now on the Gold plan.


Has anyone here gone through the same situation, or could a moderator clarify how this is usually handled?

How should I apply for it?
 
They have tagged Spark to this thread already ... it's just patience now, all you can do now is wait as he is the only one that can do that.
 
Only Spark Spark can do anything to help. Post reports don't go to him. They just go to the staff, who cannot do anything about your request.

I hate to be blunt, but until Spark logs in, you will just have to wait.
