Question about Mnandi washers?

Hey guys, I have a Mnandi from 2010 which has plain washers and a Sebenza from 2014 with perforated washers. The perforated washers seem to do a better job keeping the grease in place longer. Do new Mnandi's come with perforated washers? And if so, if I send mine in for a spa treatment can I get them upgraded?

The new ones look like this. The smaller washer is very cool. I imagine CRK would give you new washers if requested. I have heard they have done that in the past, maybe for a small fee.
