Question about multiple accounts in the same household?

My son who will be 16 next year has shown an interest in knives for awhile and asked me if he would be able to register here on blade forums.
so a couple of questions...
Is it possible to have 2 people have accounts from the same IP? (usually this is a bad thing and i understand why)
And are 15-16 years olds even allowed?

Gene, you and he are good on both counts. See the bottom line of every page on BF: In accordance with the COPPA, no one under the age of 13 may join BladeForums.com. So he qualifies to be a member.

Unless you would prefer the anonymity, let him put "son of IVANKERLEY" in his profile. Then if a question comes up, it will be answered ahead of time.
 
It's not a big deal. Just make sure he differentiates himself and puts in his correct birthday
