I think I can see it, but does the blur have a clip that can be changed for tip up or down? Can I take off the clip totally, then leave the scews out?

the answer is "yes" to all of you questions. it can be carried tip or down, and it can be removed compleatly. you just need the right Torx tool for the job, and you can get that at any hardware store like homedepot and lowes.

Based on your posts recently, it sounds like you need to spend some quality time with your knife and LOOK at it.

I have been, but I wanted to confirm it before I started stripping screws. So what now I cant ask questions? I know I cant put it on the other side, but I do see its tip up or down

that the torx tool Lowes carrys. its only like $6, so its affordable

Kershaw Torx Tool

Torx drivers with interchangeable bits are available at most places that sell screwdrivers, like home Depot, Lowes, Ace, Sears etc.

The most important thing is that it have the T-6 and T-8 sizes.

Nice torx driver Offsetlover!

LOL! I must have been getting the link to Kershaw's tool when you posted that.

i couldnt find that link to kershaw's torx tool to save my life! leave it to kneedeep to follow up with what we're loking for!

Actually, I just got the Kershaw tool, it's nice and small, handy to have around.

It's not like I don't have plenty of torx drivers laying around, but it is about half as long as the next smallest torx driver I have.

I was just kidding with you. You had asked two questions about your blur that could have been answered by looking at the knife. The Model #, and the screw holes on the handle.

Welcome to the forums! I am 30 and glad I didn't become addicted to Kershaws when I was in High School. I was too busy playing sports to have a job, so I couldn't have afforded them; but my parents are the definition of SHEEPLE, and wouldn't have bought me any cool knives. Enjoy the Blur and your money while it lasts! :)

boy you learn something new everyday. if you have a job, just sit some of the pay aside and it will add up quickly which will mean more knives! thats what i do. i also dont have a g/f, so that cuts costs by a very large margin! if your like me in that respect, you should have no prob saving up more money!

I also have a mortgage, two cars, a WIFE that loves shopping, two Great Danes that weigh 360lb combined, a four-year-old son that is gonna go to private school next year, an $800 per month babysitter, and a twice per week poker game. Trust me, I save whatever is left! :)

Oh yeah I also spend about $100 per month just on HD DirecTV. Why did they have to invent HD TiVo?

And once Halo 3 and the Star Wars game comes out, I'll probably lose my job because I won't leave the XBOX360...

^^ ive got a 360, oh and btw, I found a torx tool in my dads tool box. What games do you guys have? Send me a pm if you have splinter cell double agent, rainbow 6 vegas, or tenchu z

well i dont have the 360 yet! but i do have a game list. most of them are sports games, but you do have H3 and SW, GRAW 1 and 2, Rainbow 6 Vegas. thats for me. I cant speak for Jeremy, though im sure his game list is quite long.
