I have a 1660CKT with a mfg date of Jun 2003. However, it is not black like all the others I have seen - the handle and blade are almost a dark olive green.

Anyone seen a similar one or have any info? it's one of my favorites due to the interesting finish.

It might be the DLC coat looking a little olive in color. I've always thought
they were never truly BLACK in color.
The polishing may have something to do with that. I dunno.
Is that all it says? "1660CKT"
Would be cool if you could get us a pic of the front and back.

Can you post a picture? Sometimes the coating can become that color if it has been in something, but I don't know for sure.
