Question about online ordering?

Hello folks,
I have a quick question for all of you out there who use the online ordering. I just put through an order for an ASH 1 on Friday through the website. It seems to have processed the order, but spit out a weird error message saying, "error we can not send your email confirmation at this time". However, a digital receipt came up with an order number and everything. Has anyone else had this happen and if so can you tell me if that means the order got through to the company or not? Thanks in advance.

I would think that once you have the order number it was received. why don't you drop them an email with the order number, and confirm it was received. They will respond right away.

My order did the same thing... but.. my order went through.

Drop them an email if you want to make sure. :thumbup:
 
I got the same message....not to worry I still got my ASH. Just give them a call if your worried.:thumbup:
