Question about ordering from CRK directly.

I was just wondering because their order form isn't entirely clear; If I wanted to order something special, i.e. a large Sebenza 21 with inlay and double lug. Do they offer that? Or are those sort of features reserved for special releases and the ones they send to stores?

I typically call them to ensure the description on the order form is what they want it to be. They will let you know if it's a dealer exclusive.

They shouldn't have any problem with that, as far as I can see( as long as the inlay you want is being carried at this time). Calling them would be best-to go over exactly what you want.

I would say you have no worries, however there is no nicer or helpful group to call. A phone call to CRK is always a good experience. It would be worthwhile to give them a shout.

They have a customer service staff, so there should be no problem getting hold of them during business hours. They work Monday thru Thurs., so they are normally closed today.
