Question about polishing the bevel

I'm learning and full of questions guys. If you had a new knife and it was acceptably sharp but you wanted to put a polish on the bevel, where would you start? What steps would you take until you had a mirror polish. I have a new full set of chosera stones for the Edge Pro, and wanted to see what I could do. The knife in question is not a rare one, just a very sharp mini-grip. I appreciate your time and thoughts.
I'm experienced enough to create paper shaving (phone book page) edges. Never polished one up though.
 
Sharp or not, I usually rebevel new knives to a bevel angle of my preference before I start carrying it. I do like polished bevels but I micro bevel with a coarser grit, as it seems to perform best for me, for most EDC purposes. Proper grit progression is always the way to go for a true mirror.
