I’ve got a question about the rules of the exchange/trade rules of the forum. Lets say there is a particular knives I’m looking for an expensive knife. I offer a number of pricy knives for trade but the value (used condition) of the knives probably will not equal the value of the knife I’m hoping for.

What I’m wondering if it would be ok To with my trade post say that I am willing to pay $X to make up the difference.

You can say you would be willing to even up any disparity in value with cash. Exact amount can be negotiated. The original poster, however, cannot set a trade value in the thread, to which your offer would have to match, goods and/or cash.

So make your offer offline and include your willingness to add cash, and no rules could be broken anyway since we don't moderate email. :)
