Could someone tell me the difference between regular scales and magnum scales? Thanks in advance.

Regular scales are thinner and flater, mags are thicker and have palm swells!!

Maybe someone will post a pic of the 2!!

As the name "magnum" suggests, magnum scales are noticeably thicker than standard scales. They are also heavily contoured while the standard scales are not. That's all there is to it.

I get 1" at the thickest point on my FBM Muddy Tan/magnum and 0.715" on the FBM CG/standard G-10.

Almost.

The ASH-1, Fusion, and SF handles are more heavily sculpted as magnums. The magnum TAC handles are just thicker with no change in the sculpting.
