Question about Spa Treatments

So I know I can call CRK and ask what the Spa Treatment is and what is covered, but thought I'd pose the question here and get some input from those who have taken advantage of the service. I understand there is no cost except for shipping. Don't know if there is a form you send in along with the knife or how they know what you want done.

I'm wondering more specifically what they would do for a unique graphic. I've noticed that these are highly polished on the presentation side. I've seen one with some light scratches or marks perhaps from handling and use on the presentation side. The snail trails are less of a concern as apparently the spa treatment takes care of those. But I'm wondering about the polished side. Can they get that back to "newish" given there are no deep scratches? And does it affect the coloring of the graphic?

It'd be nice to know what they do and what they don't do. And is it in fact a no charge service? Thanks in advance.

I THINK (NOT100% sure) that they can re anodize some areas. I also think they re polish the flat/presentation side. Someone will chime in that knows more than me.

There are 2 forms of the spa treatment
Those that are free-Re-blast scales, sharpen and lube
They also offer some services with a charge, Such as polishing scales, re-doing the stonewash on blades

I just got a knife back from the spa. There is a form to print off on the CRK website. I packed up the knife and mailed it in. On the form you can select a few different items if you want special work (I changed out old 2010 washers for the newer washers for a total of $1.25).

CRK sent me an email when they received the knife, then I got a phone call about 5-6 weeks later that it was finished and they asked how I wanted to pay for it and what type of delivery I preferred (signature or otherwise, etc.).

I got it back and it looked great - they even fixed a nick in the pivot-area of the blade (free of charge) that was making the detent ball catch.

They did not reblast my pocket clip, I am pretty sure because it was a Wilson Combat Sebenza which has the WC logo. But I had great experience and it only cost me $1.25 (plus, like 16 dollars insured UPS shipping).
