Question about SW and their heat treatment

I know that sometimes SW, Busse & SY use the same steel. INFI for example. Is their any difference in the HT of crossover steels that all 3 companies (or even between SR & SY) use? Would the INFI at SW or SY perform the same way that it does from Busse? Would the 154cm perform the same between SR & SY?

I would be very surprised if there were any differences, but let's wait and see if Eric, Dan, etc. decide to post.

I do have a lovely little old-time INFICoot, and I can promise you that SR INFI performs just the same as my Busse INFI.:thumbup:
 
And I wasn't try to ask if SR INFI is "as good" as Busse INFI. I just want to know if there are any differences at all. Just wanna make sure I didn't come off the wrong way.
