I noticed Cabela’s has a Buck 110 Alaskan with a S30V blade. Do you guys know if anyone has a 112 with a S30V blade?

Scott

BCCI members are hoping they have one in August... :D

It's not too late to join! Email Larry or John! You may get lucky tonight!

Thank for the information, I’ll get an application in the mail tomorrow am.

Here again is one that Buck is missing out on by not making a "user" non custom in S30V or BG42. I would buy one or two.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. It would be a good idea to check with John Foresman ["Buckcustom" here on the Forum] about the BCCI 112 availability...The newsletter stated only 175 would be produced; down from the 200 of the BCCI 110 offering...Neither Larry or John have posted about the order status; whether it is brisk or not much interest, but that drop in numbers kind of indicates that they think there will be less interest in the Sambar Stag S30V nickel-silver 112 than the 110, I would say... :(

The BCCI also offers other limited-run knives throughout the year, not available anywhere else... :)

I'd be happy if they offered S30V as an option for blade replacement on the 110, 112 and perhaps a few others.

As of last week, before he left for vacation, John told me he had on hand right at 150 orders for the drop point 112. It is correct that we anticipated a bit less demand for the 112 than for the 110 project due to the greater popularity of the 110.

  For some reason I figured this 112 would have already sold out! I am amazed!

25 left to go! Get out there and tell all your friends to join the BCCI and order this certain collectors item! Operators are standing by! :D

And somebody wake up Goose so he can get his order in...
