Does it apply if I want to add more information about the items I am selling?

Bumps or BTT style posts are only allowed once every 72 hours, per thread.
If you bump your thread more than that, it will be locked. New posts listing price changes, new photographs or information ,or additional items for sale, answering buyer questions, or listing the item as sold are allowed and do not apply to the "1 Bump every 72 hours" rule.

Honestly though, you should be editing the information into your original post.

If the thread is fairly long and you edit information into the first post, someone following it may not see it, especially if they click to go to first unread post.
