Is it reverseable? What I mean is will the knife fit in it both ways so it can be used for a left or right carry.

He could probably make you one like that. But I don't think they normally are. Due to the curve of the knife and the talon hole, he fits the sheath to hold the knife tightly.
Someone with more knowledge will be along shortly for more input.

The sheaths uses the talon nub to snap in for rentention, so it is not reversable. Now, Dwayne being the clever guy he is, might be able to come up with something for you if you ask him. :D

Dwayne does an awesome design with carry options on each side. I'm willing to bet he'd set you up with one of these in a mirrored setup. Then you could carry right or left.

I worry about Dwayne, but it mainly has to do with the voices in his head.

Depending on the size of the knife, you could do it for either a left hand or right hand horizontal draw, the difference will be whether the blade edge is up or down. On the sheath for the small knives, it has an "X" of leather for the belt loop allowing for either horizontal or vertical carry. If vertical, you could rotate the entire sheath to allow for left or right hand draw, or small of the back vs. side for instance. The knife will always be the same orientation in the sheath, but the sheath would rotate on the belt. Does that make sense?

What I am interested in is a vertical right side carry but will also want to be able to do horizontal edge down right side carry. If i can get loops on both side's it should work.
