Question about the clip plate?

I was wondering is the clip plate you can buy for the Izula large enough to fit a 2" belt? I carry an Izula on my duty belt with a tek lok, but it doesnt fit great and slides around alot. I think the clip plate would fix that if it could accomodate that size belt..... Thanks for the help guys!
