Question about the FBM LE and satin finish

Ok, looking at the FBM LE, that satin finish is like no other, it's almost like a crome plating, it just doesn't compare any and all of my other stain blades. I compared it to the HG55 LE, SAR4, BAD, BTAC LE, and many others.
The other thing I noticed is that it is inspected by 52. Who are the inspectors and their numbers? Just wondering. And do they have so many inspectors that it goes as high as 52? lol

Did you buy the one from the exchange that had the high polish, mirror finish applied by Busse?
If so, that was a special request by the orginal owner when thay bought it from Busse from what I understand.

And Busse has never told us who is associated with what inspection number. :p

Really? Special request? How do you know about it, was there a lot done? Yea, I'd defiantly say a mirror finish, it's so shiny that in the first pict, you see a reflection of the wall/window. I can't seem to really catch how shiny and mirror polished it is with my camera its hard to take pictures with that kind of reflection. I took the picture with a HG55 LE.
So I'm guessing we don't get to make special request like that anymore eh? Cause I know all my knives would have it. Did it cost any more back then?
Yea, I didn't think they would tell who the inspector would be, but it just makes you think who inspected it or made it...
