Question about the round gems.

For the graphic models with the inlay pearls or gems, do they sit flush with the handle or do they protrude?

Also, does anyone with these models use them for EDC or are they just collectibles for you?

They do both depending on the inlay stone. I have one that sits above the surface while I have others that are recessed below it.

Depends on the gem they used, some sit down in and others protrude. I carry a UG with a Citrine cab as one of my EDC's. My other EDC has a diamond in it,, but I put that there. Something to note about carrying one; Some gems like Citrine/Amethyst are fairly soft, and will show wear over time. My Citrine has small scratches t the top that aren't visible to my eye, but can be seen with a loupe or microscope. If you want to carry one, a sapphire or ruby is a good choice. The mother of Pearl is also a good choice because they don't protrude.

On the other hand there's no way in hell I'd EDC some with cabachons, for example this one. According to Anne, this was the first production cab done by CRK...
