Question about the SAR 8

The SARs came about during my absence here on BF. Was the SAR 8 a regular offering at Busse Combat, with orders taken online like with the NMFBM, or was it a ganzaa deal? I looked back through as far as the search would let me, but I didn't see anything. Any info is appreciated.
