Question about the software way of naming saved pages

When I use “save as” for pages of a thread, the saved name for the first page contains the thread title and number which is great. But on multi-page threads, the subsequent saved pages are only named page2, page3 and such. I've seen on some other forums these pages also contained the thread title and number followed by page2, page3, etc.
It is a very useful feature and saves a lot of time not having to rename them all. I was wondering if it is an option with the forum software and if it could be easily implemented on here.

I know you must be busy and it's not a big thing of course, just thought I'd ask in case it was something easy to fix
