Hey guys I just got the PPT tonight. I love the ergos of the knife, and after the touchup on the sharpmaker that S30v is super sharp! Anyway I noticed however when I open the knife and lock it and then put my pointer finger up to the front choil and my middle finger is resting on the back choil/lockbar and squeeze my hand while applying some down pressure to the blade I can feel the lock bar shift sometimes once and sometimes maybe 3 or 4 times and then it wont do it again. Is this just the lockbar schooching in to lock up better? I cant notice any up and down play and the blade is perfectly centered. It kinda scares me thinking the lock could fail if it moves.

Its hasn't been doing it as much so maybe it just needed some wear in time? I love the knife either way.

Loosen up and then tighten all the screws again, pivot screw last.

I noticed mine doing something similar & it appeared that it was dirty. I had gotten dirt/grit around the pivot, tang, lock-bar area. I cleaned it out with an air compressor, lubed it, & put it back together & all was good. Of course, if it's brand new, then perhaps it just needs to be broken in.

It was pretty much new I bought it second hand but the person had barely used it. It hasn't done anything like that for awhile now after opening it about 20 times or so. Great knife love the thing!
