Question About Victorinox Soldier and "Swiss Army Knives" Book Gift Set

This is the set with the Soldier that has Charles Elsener's etched signature. Is it a steal at $56? I ran across one, but I know Soldiers can be had on their own for less than this if you keep your eyes open. It is NIB.

In 2009 tried to buy one of these off Amazon but they sent me a Soldier without the etching. I returned it and was sent a replacement, also without the inscription. On a third attempt, the seller still could not send me the right thing, so the order was cancelled. $56 seems okay for this set.
