Question About Victorinox Soldier and "Swiss Army Knives" Book Gift Set

Well, I posted this question in the Multi-Tool section but there doesn't seem to be a lot of traffic over there, so, I thought I would ask here, too.This is the set with the Soldier that has Charles Elsener's etched signature and the book "Swiis Army Knives, A Collector's Companion". Is it a steal at $56? I ran across one, but I know Soldiers can be had on their own for less than this if you keep your eyes open. It is NIB.
 
I would buy it within a heartbeat.

I would buy it as a memorabilia to Mr. Elsner, who passed this year.
