Question / Blade-Tech wegner

The professional hunter is still my favorite production knife. I have yet to find a knife that is so comfortable and secure in the hand. This design transcends its original design. It makes a great defense knife, utility knife, etc.

A little bird told me that Blade Tech has a lightweight version in the works. Similar in construction to the Mouse lite.

It's a very nice knife - well though-out and flexible in carry. Blade shape is very useful.

shootist16,

Wasn't there a version that had all titanium handles and used a frame lock? I want to say Phil Boguszewski had something to do with that one..

Yes, that was a custom version by Phil B. There were three different custom models. One was the single lined, micarta handled version, there was also a dual lined version, and the titanium framelock version.

I have two of the three. :( Never got the dual lined version.

There were also a couple of fixed blade versions. One made by Rob Simonich.

Thanks guys for the great info :) do you have to buy them direct from Blade Tech or is there any web sites that sell them ?????????
