Question concerning post in the exchange

I posted my first for sale thread in the exchange this morning and currently have this message located on the top and bottom of the page. What exactly does this mean? And what effect does it have on the post? I am concerned that this means in isn't being viewed. How does said thread become moderated? Thanks.

Not sure about the message, but if this is your post, it is currently displayed in the For Sale: Traditional Forum. Looks to have been posted at 1pm Eastern.

The number of views are quite a bit fewer than the posts that were posted later, so maybe this just became visible a short time ago rather than the few hours ago that it was posted.

Likely part of the new anti-spammer software that was added by Spark to reduce the spam attacks.
The software looks for certain characteristics in the poster and the specific post (have no idea what they are). Apparently your thread triggered the software. An alert went into the moderator's queue for a human to inspect the post. The next time there was a super online, he checked the post, found nothing wrong with it, and approved it. Think it happened to be me as a matter of fact.
