I would like to get a small kydex "add on" for my BK2 factory sheath. I like the sheath itself but I would like to get a small kydex sleeve that will hold a firesteel that I can attach to one side of the sheath. It would be OK to mount on the back of the sheath as well but I like the side mount idea the best. Can anyone in here make one for me (of course I would pay for it) Doesn't seem like a difficult thing to make I just have never worked w kydex before....ideas? Options???

loving this forum...

I could make you one too, just need to know make/diameter of firesteel & location on sheath.

Here's a pic of one mounted to one of my ESEE-5 sheaths

And just to keep this Becker related:

I also have the shock-cord and end/pulls if you need them.

I don't know if you are stuck on using kydex but heres a cheap and easy alternative. 2'' webbing and a couple of 4mmx6mm screws.

Nice move, Royalpamlz.
You could do the same with a scrap of veggie-tanned leather: wet, mold, screw. (er... yeah.)

Thanks....I like working with webbing. Its cheap and a basic sewing machine can produce some cool things. Trick is to put a tight stitch close to whatever you want to mount. Daizee....I tried my hand with leather.....ummm, didnt turn out to well.
