Bob, I've been away for a couple of months and have come back today. I noticed a reply from you to a post I made regarding screw replacements and you've taken me the wrong way. I have sent 3 letters to the Sagle address and no reply as yet. I know your busy. As I live in Australia I don't think I should have to send the knife back to the USA for just a few screws. I am a BIG fan of your knives and innovations and I'm looking forward to getting a Sifu. Unfortunately I can't email you as I don't have that option here at work on the PC they give us. However I can access the forums. I sent the letters to the address that is written on the cylinders the knives come in. I am very hesitant to send the knife back to you if you haven't recieved my letters.
