Hi Boss!

Just a quick question for which you might know the answer---

Your videos "Leading Edge" on Paladin Press--are they VHS like the Gunting ones I got from Spyderco? Those were OK, but I am worried that these Paladin Press ones may not play on our Singapore systems.

If they are like the Spyderco ones, I will probably get them.

I think the Gunting ones, though well presented, are not what I need right know. I want something very basic.

Appreciate your reply.

Sorry for the delay..I was dealing with a federal agency about training...and didn't check the forums...

Leading Edge is the same format, as VideoQuest..VHS-NCTS..or whatever the letters are..ROFL... I think you can order PAL if need be..
What I teach on the Leading edge is cutting..
and cutting drills into trapping drills..cutting into throwing..

and of course I cut a bunch of chickens..dead chickens that is

Will be getting videos from Paladin Press(?)...seems easier than VideoQuest.

But since George is one of your gang, is there any way to contact him? I'm sure he is trustworthy, but if I order through him, I will be using a broker the first time.

Delay in reply is nothing....this is the internet, and a forum....that you bother to reply is already good enough....don't want to disturb you....want to learn but don't want to impose on you.

I myself hardly use the internet. It's new to me.
Regards.

If you like the Spyderco Presents and the rest of the Gunting series..and want the same kind of instruction in basic stick, knife or empty hand then get a hold of George at his email:
@ videoquest@alltel.net or his web site @ www.videos4selfdefense.com
George did my Guntiung tapes and my conceptual series..
stick, knife, tactical folder & empty hand..

Mike Janich did my Paladin Press releases of the Leading Edge.

thanks!!!
Bram

Bram and Michael, thanks for the info and replies.

Will get around to ordering from George once I am firm on what I want.

You all take care of yourselves now.

SYK.

PS--Even here in Singapore, I've got a copy of Michael's "Practical Course in..." and I want to say that it seems to introduce the so-called basic ideas of using a blade in a very clear and well thought-out structured manner. I feel that it is a very good introductory text on the business of using a blade in self defense.
