Question for Busse...Does Busse track warranty claims and how many claims per year?

Best warranty in the business, no doubt. I'm just wondering how many times it gets used (on average) per year.

I am totally guilty of misusing one and sending it in for spa treatment. It looked like an 85 year old man going in and a 20 year old coming out.

I'd love to hear stories from the shop on this... can you imagine the kind of fubar stuff they've seen????!!!!!

How many of you have ever sent one in to the shop for 'repair'?

I sent a Rucki in. My Brother-in-Law had let his nephew take it into the woods and hours later it came back with the tip snapped off. No warranty issues though, just sent it in and 8-10 weeks later she came home good as new.

Leupold (the optics company) has a wall at their headquarters that displays all the most ridiculous warranty returns they have received along with their stories, would be awesome if Busse has something similar?

I know busse repaired the handles for someone who was shooting and splitting bullets with his busse and accidently hit the scales. I think they made an add out of it.

The Shop will probably stay mum. People do enough stupid stuff already without Busse sharing it all, which would only encourage more stupid stuff.

Yeah, you're probably right. Can't blame em. It could spin off into some kind of "Jackass" type stuff with knives.

Not saying I wouldn't watch it though...
