Chris, or any one who may know, what is the factory edge angle on the Toothlock? I have one that is finally needing sharpening and I want to brighten up the factory edge. I can set ceramic rods at either 15 or 20 degrees per side, what would be best to keep the original geometry?
For those that don't know the Toothlock has the Japanese VG-10 San Mai laminate blade steel. I'm thinking that all those other models with the Japanese VG-10 laminate blades most likely were ground at same angle. What have others folks been using?
BTW, was the Toothlock discontinued? I can't find in on the current company website. 'Love this little knife.
