Question for guided system users.

Hello Fellows, I have been reading for about a year now. I do not post much though. Those that use a guided system, do any of you strop manually? Or, do you just use your guided system? Thanks in advance.

I use both strop methods, manual and/or system.
Manual strop requires me to pay attention to the angle when I'm holding the knife.
I use the Lansky system and used an old hone to glue a piece of leather strop material to. I also recently bought the Lansky leather strop hone and find it no better than the one I made. It works as well.

I use the strops with my WE. I have 5 or 6 different sets of different materials and with different compounds.
