Since I can't afford any of beautiful new blades is it possible to put new fussion handles on some of my old out of date (take with me to the grave ) Satin Jacks , Natural Outlaws etc ????

I can't speak for anyone but it's my understanding that the E series strait handles are thinner and shaped different than the new line.

I have not held any of the new line but I don't think that the scales can be easily swapped without re-profiling the nucarta.

ill agree that i dont think you could swap any of the slabs, new to old. you could however get custom made slabs for your ergo's, with different texturing/thickness/swells... but... at what it would cost to get that, if you really want the new line over the old, you might as well sell the old and ad that extra handle cash to get a fushion.
